Mobile Telephone Contract

Leeds City Council's Mobile Telephone contract is with Orange, the same arrangements are also available to schools should they wish to change to Orange from their current provider.
Details of the Orange tariffs are on the attached sheets.

Contact details for Orange are by e-mail only: bcs.gtm.imp@orange.co.uk

If you wish to place an order:

In the e-mail you must state your billing address, contact person, contact telephone number and e-mail address.

Once this has been done, Orange will set up an account for the school and e-mail the details back to you together with a welcome pack which will include the name of your account controller, handset details and an order form. You will then be able to place and order.

T-Mobile

Those schools who still have T Mobile phones will automatically be transferred to a schools account on a rolling contract. You will still be invoiced in the same way and the same call rates will apply. To continue with this arrangement: no action is required.

If you wish to continue with the current call rates and update your handsets there will be a credit of £75 per handset but the contract has to be for 1 year minimum. To take this option: contact T Mobile.

Schools also have the option of taking up the Daytime 3000 plan which allows 3000 minutes free of charge during the day; evening and weekend charges are at a different rate. The minimum contract is for 18 months. To take this option: contact T Mobile.
