Documents Required to Conduct a Quotation Exercise on the Supplier and Contract Management System (SCMS)

The following documents should be attached to each quotation scheme when it is uploaded onto SCMS.

Each document will have to be amended to reflect each individual scheme. The parts of the documents that require amendments are highlighted in red. 

Invitation to Tender Document
    This document needs to include details of the specification and evaluation criteria by which          against which you evaluate responses against  

Items to be Returned
    Instructions on what the tenderer has to return to you and forms that they are required to return also.  
   
Return Label
    In case the tenderer returns the documents via hard copy. This label will be placed on the outside of a sealed envelope
