Purpose of the Service
To provide an integrated waste and recycling service that meets the targets set by both the Government and Leeds City Council.

Description of the Service
To provide suitable containers to maximise the collection efficiencies and control cost. All containers are weighed to ensure a true cost for disposal and recycling is invoiced. This also provides valuable management information for Leeds City Council's environmental reporting.
