    • The Estate Management Teams provides a strategic advice and support service for all schools on all their property areas of responsibility.

    • The Team has specific responsibilities for providing and maintaining accurate Asset Management Planning data to support schools in managing their estates.  Estate Management works in close partnership with schools on the preparation of Premises Development Plans which prioritise and agree areas of necessary investment. The Team is also responsible for the preparation and facilitation of the Capital Programme, this work includes development of major capital projects and management of the Schools Capital Investment Partnership (SCIP) process.
