Approved School Support Services List
These are the support services who have been through a Council 'vetting' process and are registered on the 'approved list' of contractors.

Contract Information System (CIS)
The Leeds City Council CIS system.  This is schools first resource for identifying existing contracts.  For procurements schools can use these corporate contracts and alleviate the need to obtain 3 quotes.

Supplier and Contract Management System (SCMS)
The Leeds City Council SCMS system.  If a corporate contract does not exist then use this system to access the list of approved and registered suppliers.  All approved suppliers have gone through the council's vetting and approval system.  These suppliers can be accessed to generate 3 quotes in accordance with schools contract procedure rules.

These forms can be downloaded to report both good and adverse performance of firms on the Approved List or those who have Framework contracts with Leeds City Council and Education Leeds or those services provided by Leeds City Council or Education Leeds.
